With the DIZO Ourea, you’ll be able to navigate even the trickiest switchbacks with ease, while its superior power transfer ensures maximum efficiency on the steepest ascent and in the races.
CARBON IN THE CORE
Our expertise in carbon technology allows us to create exceptional carbon bikes for the peloton. Our approach starts with careful material selection and optimization to ensure that each component of the frame is utilized to its full potential. By strategically incorporating different types of carbon in critical areas, we achieve optimal weight reduction, stability, and strength. The deepest layer of the Ourea is reinforced with Toray T1100G, a highest grade of carbon fiber in the market that greatly enhance strength and stability while minimizing weight. M40, M46 and ultra-high modulus carbon composite are also used in the frame for tuning the stiffness within a specific areas, making it highly exceptional stiff and lightweight.
AERODYNAMIC INTEGRATION
The DIZO Ourea shows the high technical proficiency can incorporate with the minimalist aesthetics of the frame. Hidden Cable Routing (HCR) technology plays a crucial role in integrating the cables into the Aero-compact Stem, resulting in clean appearance and improved aerodynamic performance. To remain the aesthetics beauty of the frame and retain the aero benefits, axle-thru nut is also completely integrated into the frame and fork.

This process significantly enhances the strength, lightness, and efficiency of the carbon. The Ourea’s impressive stiffness-to-weight ratio plays a vital role in its exceptional performance, ensuring that the bike remains lightweight while maintaining ride stiffness, durability, and responsive handling.

With meticulous attention to detail, the BB junction has been thoughtfully designed to facilitate direct power transfer, ensure the high torsional stiffness, and serves as the pulsating core of the Ourea.
The Ourea’s total aero integration does not only provide the cockpit integration design, the front and rear axle-thru nuts are also integrated into the frame and fork.
The integration of axle-thru design showcases the harmonious coexistence of exceptional technical proficiency and beautiful minimalist aesthetics.
